    We ship via UPS.   Most orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days.   Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order, in addition to the time required for shipping.

    For personalization, please allow 5 additional business days for processing.

    Wedding Reception Favor Tags are sometimes mailed separately from the order itself, using the US Postal Service.

    Do you ship internationally?
    We do not currently offer international shipping on orders.

    How do I know if an item is on back order?

    When an item is low in our inventory, we will place a notice on the item’s page.   If you go ahead and decide to order the item, just be aware that it will take a while to get your order out.  

    Please note:   Sometimes we have such an influx of orders for a certain item, that it quickly goes on backorder.   If this happens with an item that you have ordered, we will email you the available date and you can choose to either continue with the order or cancel the order at that time. 

    Are there any minimums when ordering wedding reception favors?
    There are no minimum orders when you are ordering wedding reception favors.  However, please note that some of our wedding reception favors are sold in sets.

    What is your return policy?

    Wedding Reception Favors:

    You can return most anything within 30 days of the order date for any reason.   No questions asked.  (Personalized items cannot be returned.)   You will get a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping and handling costs.

    Bridesmaid Gifts, Groomsmen Gifts, Out of Town Guest Gifts, Wedding Accessories, Bridal Jewelry, and Engravable Jewelry:

    Unfortunately due to the fact that most of these products are intended for a one time usage, and many of them are personalized.   We cannot accept returns on any of these products.   All sales are final.

    Do your prices ever change?
    Most of our prices never change, unless we are having a sale.   However, some of our items from time to time will have an increase in price due to a substantial change in the silver and gold markets.   Those prices are based on a $7.00 ounce silver market.   When silver prices fluctuate, a silver surcharge will be added to the price of the item.

    What if part of my order arrived damaged?

    Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping must be reported to Reception Favors and More within 24 hours of receipt.   You can contact us by calling, emailing or filling out our online Contact Us form.   Emailing, and filling out the online form are the two fastest ways to get a response from us due to the influx of calls that we receive.   We will respond to you promptly, and inform you of how to proceed.

    Is it safe to enter credit card information on your site?

    Yes, is it safe to enter your credit card information on our site.   We are VeriSign Secured, and we also offer you two different ways to enter your information.   You can either pay us through your PayPal account, or by just entering your credit card information.   Both ways are secure.
